Sales Policies.

By accessing this Site, you represent to M & D Small Engine, LLC that you are at least
18 years old and that you accept and agree to be bound by our Policies &
Terms and Conditions.

Any claims for shortage or errors must be made within three
days of receipt of merchandise. Good communication is vital and we
want to hear from you promptly about any problems with our system
or merchandise.

Any returns must be made within 7 days from date of purchase
and MUST be pre-authorized by us via an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused by
us and returned to the carrier.
Any refunds will be given as exchange.
In the event that a exchange can not be made, refund will be given as merchandise credit.
No returns on Special Orders or any Orders Drop Shipped. No returns on whole goods, literature, electrical parts,
tools or software.
Shipping is non-refundable. All shipping / freight F.O.B. origin.

A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged on returned items, which
must be unused in original packaging, unless item #3 applies. (This is
what it cost us to return an item to our distributor.)

There is a $45USD charge for any returned checks or charge backs on credit card charges.

Most OEM parts, short blocks and labor carry a 90-day factory warranty
covering defective material or workmanship.
(Some manufacturer's warrantys are one year, so please ask before ordering.)

All new engines and short blocks are covered by their enclosed manufacturer's
warranty statement, usually this is a 1 or 2 year warranty.
