1. Any claims for shortage or errors must be made within five days of receipt of merchandise. Good communication is vital and we want to hear from you promptly about any problems with our system or merchandise.
   
   
2. Any returns must be made within 10 days from date of purchase and pre-authorized via an RMA. Any refunds will be given as exchange. In the event that a exchange can not be made, refund will be given as merchandise credit. No returns on special orders, whole goods, literature, electrical parts or software. Shipping is non-refundable. All shipping / freight F.O.B. origin.
   
   
3. A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged on returned items, which must be unused in original boxes, unless item 2 applies. This is what it cost us to return an item to our distributor.
   
   
4. There is a $35 charge for any returned checks or charge backs on credit card charges.
   
   
5. All OEM parts, short blocks and labor carry a 90-day warranty covering defective material or workmanship.
   
   
6. All new engines are covered by their enclosed manufacturer's warranty statement, usually this is a 1 or 2 year warranty.
