Diesel Tiny-Tach™ — Operating Instructions

When engine is started, the unit will automatically switch to the Tach Mode. When the engine is shut off and no transducer signal is present, the unity will switch to indicate Total Run Time (TOT), beginning in minutes and switching to hours after 60 minutes is reached.

The microprocessor and display are powered by an internal lithium battery totally independent of the external amplifier power source, so run time hours will not be lost if the external source is disconnected. This battery is not replaceable but should last five years.

FUNCTION: Displays engine RPM when engine is running
VIEW: Not available
RESET: Not available

Job

FUNCTION: Count up timer.
VIEW: Press RESET 1 time.
RESET: Press RESET 1 time and hold until "RESET" appears in window. Release to RESET.
SET - Not available.

SVS (Service)

FUNCTION: Count down timer 0 - 25 hours.
VIEW: Press RESET 2 times.
RESET Service Alarm: Press RESET 2 times and hold until "RESET" appears, then release. Window now displays service interval time.
SET: Press RESET 2 times and hold until "RESET" appears in window and continue to hold until "SET" appears, then release. Now press again to adjust the service hours. Each press will change hours in 10 hr increments.

SVC2 (Service2)

FUNCTION: Count down timer 0 - 50 hours.
VIEW: Press RESET 3 times.
RESET Service Alarm: Press RESET 3 times and hold until "RESET" appears, then release. Window now displays service interval time.
RESET: Press RESET 3 times and hold until "RESET" appears in window and continue to hold until "SET" appears, and continue to hold until "SET" and continue to hold until "SET" release. Now press again to adjust the service hours. Each press will change hours in 5 hr increments.

MAX rpm

FUNCTION: Maximum RPM.
VIEW: Press RESET 4 times
RESET: Press RESET 4 times and hold until RESET appears in window, then release.
